Hi guys! I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Things have been a little chaotic at our house prepping for our Europe trip and trying to get everything ready for back-to-school season once we get back. (Hello August! 🙂 I am a just a little bit of a procrastinator haha but as long as everything gets done it doesn’t really matter if its last minute..right?

Speaking of last minute, I have found some of the yummiest and quickest salad recipes that you can prep in a mason jar. It is literally the best and is so fast, mess-free, and easy to take on the go – it’s the perfect healthy (and cute!) lunch. Below are a few of my favorites and you can find more that I have pinned here.
