Went to their website and ordered the Lucy dress from them. Was so excited to receive it, but the sizing wasn’t right so I requested a return. I have now requested three return authorizations for the dress I ordered, both by email and their website contact form and have not receieved any response. Their return policy specifies that you have to return ship your item within 7 days. It has now been 8 days. It’s really leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth to spend $200 on a dress and the company completely ignores you. Was excited to buy other things in their line, but this customer won’t be returning. Buyer Beware!!!!!!
