One thing I heard about hair that has always stuck with me to this day is that a good hair day is the ultimate fix for a bad day. When your skin is feeling dull or blemished, or you’re feeling frumpy, focus on having a good hair day and you’ll draw everyone else’s focus there instead. It is actually an interesting case study so put it into practice if you haven’t yet!
