I found this quote on Pinterest the other day (see below) and it really spoke to me. I feel like B is reaching that crazy stage of the two’s (even though he’s not quite two) and there are some days I wonder if I know what the heck I’m doing! When I find myself having one of those days I just try focusing on how I can make him laugh. Sometimes it’s tickles, or my ridiculous dance moves, but seeing him giggle and smile always erases those fears of doubt and I’m reminded there’s no perfect way to be a mom, all they need is your unconditional love 🙂

and to forgive yourself, over and over
again for doing everything wrong.

I’ve really been into scarves this season. They are the most basic piece but they really transform your look. I’m always drawn to the traditional plaids and buffalo checks and so many of my favorite finds this season have incorporated those prints. I love this sleeveless top (under $30) and how pretty is this plaid bomber (under $40)? I also got these slip-on sneakers and this scarf in green. The plaid flannel selection is also really good at Old Navy right now for kids and I’m obsessed with the wool trapper hats! Now if I can get B to keep it on his head for more than 2 seconds 😉
