A boyfriend tee (this one under $10) is one of the easiest pieces to reach for, whether you are running errands during the day or heading out for the night. So when it comes to date night I am all for transitioning a boyfriend tee by dressing it up with a few accessories. After a quick swap of sneakers for stilettos  (I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – you’ll never regret keeping a pair of heels in your car to be prepared for any occasion!) and throwing on a necklace (love this dainty one)  or scarf – voila! You are ready for your casual date night.

    I am now obsessed with pink and grey again, thanks to this post. I haven’t worn that combo in forever. I do the opposite and keep a pair of ballet flats in my car, since I usually wear heels. Or thong sandals in the summertime. Sometimes, I even keep them in a pouch in my purse. They have saved me so many times!
