It’s not even Thanksgiving yet and I already feel like I’m behind setting up for Christmas this year! I pulled out our tree the first of November but couldn’t decide between flocked or evergreen (and still haven’t haha!) I wanted to share some of our Christmas decor and trees from last year for stuff that is still in stock. You can also see the full look and details in this post from last year!

CHRISTMAS TREE (10 FT VERSION HERE) | STAR (SIMILAR)

Every year I go back and forth between a flocked tree and a traditional tree. I love both! This year Cody asked if we could do a flocked one like when he was a kid. Love how natural this one looks!

DECOR: GARLAND | GRID BOXES | GREEY TRAY (SIMILAR) | NEST CANDLE | WHITE HOUSE CANDLE HOLDERS (SIMILAR) | GREEN VELVET PILLOWS (SIMILAR)

FURNITURE: SECTIONALAREA RUG (SIZE 10 x 14) | COFFEE TABLEWHITE STACKED LAMP | FIREPLACE

We’ve been on the fresh garland train for years now and I don’t think I’ll ever go back! We got ours at Trader Joes, but you can also usually find at Costco or on Etsy.

STOCKINGS | CHANDELIER | OUTSIDE WREATHS

Hands down my favorite stockings we’ve ever owned! They are oversized and I love the chunky knit. So good! We also added these wreaths to the outside of our windows – they are 15% off right now!

MINI WREATHS (SIMILAR)

BUFFALO CHECK RUG (SIMILAR)

FLOCKED TREE

Since we went with green for our living room, I decided to put the flocked tree up in our bedroom. I’ve had it for years and love it so much!

HOLIDAY DECOR: PLAID BOWLS | PLAID MUGS | PLAID PLATES (RED ONES HERE) | WHITE AND RED FESTIVE MUGS | SANTA COOKIE JAR | SPOON REST | ICE SKATES PLATE | PINE PLATE SET

Last Christmas was our first year in our new home so I kind of went all out haha. I loved putting together this little kitchenette area! It made it feel super homey and cozy and found everything at amazing price points.

What about you guys? Have you already decorated for the holidays? And are you team evergreen or team flocked tree?? Linking to some of my favorite current holiday pieces from this year below!

XX, Christine

Could you share who makes the gorgeous black pot filled with greens in front of the fireplace?

Wow, I know I’m only seeing glimpses here- but your house is so stunning! omg
The Christmas decor throughout is so perfect and I love how/where you placed everything! So perfect.

It’s so hard for me to choose between evergreen or flocked because both are nice! I love using one artificial tree and at least one real tree. I enjoy the tradition of going to the mountains and getting a fresh one cut to bring home!
